The game does not start or crashes
Check the system requirements. Unpack the game into a folder without non-Latin letters in the path, for example C:\Games\LastChaosAurum. Still broken? Write to the client-bug-reports channel in Discord and attach ErrorLog.txt from the game folder.
I forgot my password
Reset your password yourself: enter your login or e-mail and a reset link (valid for 30 minutes) will come to your e-mail. No access to your e-mail: write to the support-ticket channel in Discord with your login and the e-mail you signed up with. The staff never asks for your password, never tell it to anyone.
Rewards and Cash
Login and vote rewards are claimed in game, in the Server Rewards window: it opens by itself on your first login of the day, and an icon blinks on the right when a reward is waiting. You can vote once every 12 hours, the button is in your Profile. Cash is topped up in the Shop.
I found a bug
Write to Discord: game bugs to bug-report, quests to bug-report-quests, crashes, graphics and sound to client-bug-reports. Tell what happened and how to repeat it. Using a bug for profit is forbidden (rule 2.2).

How do I start playing?
Sign up on the site, download the game, unpack the archive and run Play in the game folder. Log in with the login and password you chose when signing up.
The e-mail from the website does not arrive
Wait a couple of minutes and check your spam folder (in Gmail also "Promotions"): e-mails from new websites often end up there. Found it in spam? Mark it "Not spam" and the next ones will come to the inbox. Still nothing? Check the e-mail in your Profile and send the e-mail again. Did not help? Write to the support-ticket channel in Discord.
How do I change my password?
In your Profile, in the password block. After the change the site logs you out on other devices.
How many game windows can I use?
Up to three per person. At events and castle sieges: one character per person (rule 2.3).
How do I delete my account?
Write to the support-ticket channel in Discord from the e-mail you signed up with. The account and its data will be deleted.
How do I invite a friend?
Your link is on the Invite a friend page. When your friend's character reaches level 50, you both get a reward, for every friend separately.
Can I sell a character?
Only on the site Marketplace, for Cash. Trading for real money is forbidden (rule 3.2).
