Terms of Service

1. General

Last Chaos Aurum (the "project") is a non-commercial fan project. The project is not affiliated with Barunson E&A, Fawkes Games LTD, gamigo AG or their partners. The rights to the game Last Chaos belong to their owners.

By signing up, downloading the client or using the website and the game server you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, close the website and do not use the project.

The administration may change these terms, the rules and the content of the website and the game at its discretion. A new version takes effect once it is published on the website.

2. Denial of service

Employees, representatives and partners of the following companies, and anyone acting on their behalf, are not allowed to use the website, the game server or any materials of the project:

• Barunson E&A;
• Fawkes Games LTD;
• gamigo AG.

If you are affiliated with any of these companies, leave the website immediately. Anyone from these companies who keeps using the website after this notice does so without permission, and a victim impact statement may be filed against them under the NET Act of 1997, section (d)(1), paragraph (2), subsection (A).

Disclosing private information about the project (internal materials, files, staff correspondence) to any company or person, including those listed above, is prohibited. Such disclosure violates these terms, and information obtained this way is obtained illegally.

3. Account

The account and everything related to it (characters, items, in-game currency) belong to the project. You are granted the right to use them as long as you follow these terms and the server rules. The project may close an account in the cases described in the terms and the rules.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone, even with people who say they are staff: the administration never asks for passwords. All actions made from your account are considered yours.

Download the client and programs only from the project website. Files from other sources may contain viruses and password stealers. The project is not responsible for the consequences of installing them.

Use a real email address: it is how access to the account is restored.

4. Rules and penalties

You agree to follow the server rules published on the website and in the project communities, and to respect players and staff.

Exploiting game bugs (including item duplication), third-party programs that give an advantage, hacking, scamming other players and selling accounts or in-game valuables for real money are prohibited.

For violations the administration may warn you, suspend or close the account, and remove characters or items. Serious violations are handled without warning.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary. They pay for servers, attack protection and development of the project and are not a purchase of goods or services.

Donations are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including account bans, character deletion, loss of access to the game or closure of the project.

In-game items, currency and bonuses received as a thank-you for a donation have no real-world value. They may be changed or removed at the discretion of the administration.

By donating you waive the right to dispute the payment or request a chargeback through a bank or payment provider. Any attempt at fraud or a chargeback leads to permanent account closure and, if necessary, is reported to the payment provider.

A donation does not make you the owner of the account and does not exempt you from the rules. If you are under 18, donate only with your parents' consent.

6. No warranty

The project is provided "as is". We try to keep the server stable, but we do not guarantee constant availability, data safety or the absence of bugs. Downtime, rollbacks and closure of the project are possible. The project is not liable for losses related to using or being unable to use the website and the game.

7. Personal data

Personal data of the user is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
