Server rules

By joining our Discord or playing on the server you accept these rules. Not knowing them does not protect you from a penalty.

Penalty levels

  1. L1Warning
  2. L2Mute / chat ban for 24 hours
  3. L3Game ban for 3 days
  4. L4Game ban for 30 days
  5. L5Permanent ban of all your accounts

Every rule shows its level. A repeat offence moves you one level up. In special cases the staff may choose another penalty.

1Discord and chats

Applies to Discord and to all in-game chats.

  1. 1.1Respect everyone, players and staff alike. No insults, threats, hate speech or harassment.L1-L3
  2. 1.2No spam, flood, caps-lock walls or mass pings.L1-L2
  3. 1.3English in the general Discord channel. Other languages are welcome in their language channels.L1
  4. 1.4No NSFW or illegal content, no malware or phishing links.L3-L5
  5. 1.5No advertising of other servers, and no advertising of ours on other servers.L5
  6. 1.6Don't pretend to be staff or another player.L3-L5
  7. 1.7Complaints about the staff go to a ticket with proof, not to public chats.L1-L3

2In game

  1. 2.1Cheats, bots, macros, speed hacks, edited client files or any other software that gives you an advantage.L5
  2. 2.2Found a bug? Report it in the bug-report channel in Discord. Using a bug for profit instead:L3-L5
  3. 2.3Up to 3 game windows per person. At events and castle sieges: one character per person, otherwise disqualification.L2-L4
  4. 2.4Don't steal monsters or bosses that another player is already fighting, and don't lure monsters onto other players.L1-L3
  5. 2.5Character, guild and shop names must not be offensive or look like staff names. Staff will rename them.L1-L2
  6. 2.6Don't disrupt events and don't attack a Game Master who is running one.L1-L3
  7. 2.7Logging into someone else's account without permission.Sharing your own account is at your own risk: items lost this way are not restored.L5

3Trading

  1. 3.1Scamming in game: fake trades, swapped items, broken deals.L5
  2. 3.2Trading for real money (accounts, characters, gold, items) is forbidden. Characters can be sold and bought only on the site Marketplace, for Cash.L3-L5
  3. 3.3No selling ads in game chats.L1-L2

4Reports and appeals

  1. 4.1Report a player in the report-a-player channel in Discord. Add proof: full-screen, unedited screenshots or video. For insults, the whole chat history.
  2. 4.2Fake reports or edited proof.L2-L4
  3. 4.3Only the punished player can appeal, in the support-ticket channel, within 14 days. Arguing in public chats will not help.
  4. 4.4After an appeal is reviewed, the staff decision is final.
